Jakub Michalak, Jonathan Proudfoot and Spanish super star Adrian Mateos all landed massive scores at the WSOP Super Circuit Online Series (WSOPC) on GGNetwork.
WSOPC Event #16, the Bounty Hunters Championship, was another huge success with e 1,477 entries. That boosted the prize pool almost 20% above the $1,000,000 guarantee with $1,181,600 up for grabs.
Several notables made it all the way through to the final table such as Robert Haigh (7./$26,595), Eder Campana (5./28,574) and Enrico Camosci (3./$49,597) with Polish superstar Jakob Michalak being by far the biggest name.
The latter also made it to heads-up play, but had a 2.5 to 1 chip deficit, which he couldn’t overcome.
The victory went to Taiwan in form of “davidchien88”, who took home a staggering $113,881 for his efforts.

British pro Jonathan Proudfoot is a regular in the high stakes tournaments at GGNetwork and now he landed a massive score by taking down the $1,050 WSOPC High Rollers Super Tuesday for $51,550.42.
Spanish high stakes crusher Juan “malakastyle” Pardo Dominguez became the final table bubble boy by finishing in 10th place.
Notables among the finalists were poker pros Titus Catana, Armando Davanzo and Roger Tondeur, who came in 3rd for $28,988.81.
Heads-Up for the title Jonathan Proudfoot was up against Israeli player “sauerkraut”, but he couldn’t stop Proudfoot from winning a major high roller title and securing a massive $51,550.42 score.
Adrian Mateos ships the WSOPC High Rollers $1,050 Daily Main for $45,928
Adrian Mateos aka “Amadi17” on PokerStars is by far the most successful Spanish poker tournament player.
At the WSOPC he once again showed his extra class, when he prevailed in a very tough field at the WSOPC High Rollers Daily Main to secure the title and $45,928.40 first place prize.
While online crushers Jans “Graftekkel” Arends and David Coleman busted just shy of the final table.
Italian local hero Dario Sammartino made it through to finish in a strong 4th place for $19,367, but nobody was able to stop the Spanish poker wizard.
Heads-up Mateos defeated Brazilian player “MAAIA” to add another $45,928 to his ever-growing bankroll.
