Venividi1993 has had his GGPoker account locked for losing too much money too quickly after he started a $1,000,000 bankroll challenge. After only five weeks things started to go wrong badly, so badly, in fact, that GGPoker thought his account was worth investigating.
Week 5:
Cash games: -$7,736
Tournaments: -$24,264Poker has never been for the faint-hearted. Got absolutely rinsed in the last two weeks.
Ggpoker locked my account, because I lost too much money, you can not make this stuff up.
As always a like on this post is much… https://t.co/jAXwW2Hyxj pic.twitter.com/apGpQQWRK3

Venividi1993 posted that he had been absolutely rinsed over the previous two weeks and to add insult to injury, GGPoker couldn’t believe that somebody could lose money so fast in such a short period of time.
It’s not only up and would probably not advise anyone to get into poker unless they had a really really good reason to do so

The above tweet shows just how hard the challenge has hit the PLO wizard straight in the face.
Venividi1993 Makes a Grand Return
It all started with what looked like a decent player wanting a fresh challenge in the new year. After taking a painful loss to Phil Galfond in their high-stakes match, Venividi1993 disappeared from social media but then popped up again in January.
He showed screen shots of a $66.6K bankroll on GGPoker and announced he was shooting for $1,000,000 from a mixture of mostly PLO cash games and some MTTs.
“$1,000,000 bankroll challenge”
Since I have an outstanding track record when it comes to challenges, I decided to start another one. Will be playing a mix of mostly PLO cash games and some MTTs on Sunday to achieve my goal. Suggestions for content are more than welcome! pic.twitter.com/IqhDSpUCTb

The fans were going wild in the chat, throwing out suggestions for what would be the most popular content to follow along on this journey.

Cash games: +$9,428
Tournaments: -$10,616Hands played: 10,382
Has been tougher than I initially thought it would be. Happy to finally win some money in the cash games and I’ll keep my head down and grind hard for the next month. A like on this post is much appreciated pic.twitter.com/JaXECAhlRI

Sadly, it looks to have gone completely wrong. After losing around $20K in the first week, Venividi1993 managed to keep it together for the next three weeks before dusting off more than $30K over week five.
Maybe he will change his mind and get back to the challenge when he is good and ready, but we reckon he’ll be sitting out for a few weeks or months to repair his ego.
