$200k King of the Hill with Hellmuth, Polk and Cates
In the beginning of August Doug Polk announced on his YouTube channel that there will be a 4-man $50,000 Heads-Up tournament called King of the Hill taking place from 22nd to 23rd of August.
Competing in it were four of the most successful live and online tournament players: Daniel “Jungleman12” Cates, Phill Hellmuth, Frank Kassela and Doug Polk.
The tournament was organized by Poker Night in America and streamed live completely on their Twitch Poker channel.

In the first round Daniel Cates played against Frank Cassela and won.
The by far more interesting match was the Poker Brat Phill Hellmuth against the for many best Heads-Up No-Limit Holdem player Doug “WGCRider” Polk.

Phil Hellmuth surprises and runs a crazy bluff
Surprisingly for many experts Hellmuth won by using a very unorthodox style e. g. he almost never raised on the button.
Finally Hellmuth made Polk bluff off all his chips and entered the final against Jungleman.
Again Phil used what he calls “White Magic” and confused Cates with same weird and unique plays to take a 1- 0 Lead, but Jungleman fought back and one the second match.
In the third and decisive Match Cates dominated and already had a 5 to 1 lead, when Hellmuth ran an absolutely crazy bluff.

A in my opinion really bad fold from Jungleman took Hellmuth back in the game and this insane bluff was the game changer as Cates asked to see Phil’s cards and was tilting pretty hard afterwards.
So Phil managed to turn it around and won the first King of the Hill Heads-Up tournament for $200,000 in a very impressive manner:
