Ethan “Rampage” Yau has reveaed in his latest video that he is on a monstrous downswing of around $1,000,000 in only the last couple of weeks.
The poker vlogger was getting ready to go into a live session on Hustler Casino Live where he hoped to recoup some of those losses but oh it got so much worse.
The game was a whopping $100/$200/$400 with a big blind ante.
Put it this way; there is serious potential for things to go massively wrong in a game of that size, particularly when you have the likes of Nik Airball and co ready to pounce.
At the end of the video Rampage provides us with a wrap up of what happened and how it all went wrong.
He was in the game for $800,000 and only left the table with $253,000 for a whopping $547,000 loss!
If he was concerned about the $400k from the last couple of weeks, this was certainly going to sting.
Rampage added that the loss from his appearance on Hustler Casino Live was more than his house is worth and a significant portion of his overall net worth.
Is Rampage Poker broke?
The game actually took place a month ago, with Rampage tweeting in the aftermath that he would be moving back down to $1/$3, the smallest game in many US casinos.
Now, having had a few weeks to mull it all over, he says that he might be taking a break from his playing career as well as content creation. Maybe evening focussing on golf for a while.
