A serious fight broke out in a large poker room at the Talking Stick Casino in Arizona. The entire incident was captured on camera by WSOP bracelet winner Justin Perchie who shared the shocking footage on Twitter.
On Sunday, March 3rd it all seemed like a “business as usual” day for the players and staff in the Arena Poker Room at the Talking Stick Casino in Scottsdale, AZ. With 47 tables running 24/7, plenty of characters pass through the biggest card room in the Grand Canyon State. However, luckily the vast majority of them are not as rowdy as the black gentleman captured on video by Justin Perchie on the aforementioned day.

Out of the two videos Perchie shared with the caption “Wild times at Talking Stick”, the second is the more interesting one. In it, you can see the unidentified man yell “fuck the dealer, I’m not losing” while holding a rack of chips in his hand. When he shouts “fuck you, you black bitch” a white man jumps up to him from behind and hits him on the back of his neck. The renitent player falls to the ground, spilling all of his chips, then chaos ensues. Floor people, other dealers and players all seem to be involved in the fight.

In the first video, the man is seen shouting inaudible words in the middle of the card room while some of the other players boo and jeer at him. He goes over to the cashier and takes a rack of chips, then comes back to the middle of the room and starts shouting “I’m not losing, motherfucker. Fuck the dealer”.

Justin Perchie, the man who shared the video of the fight is a WSOP bracelet winner. He won the $1,500 Limit Hold’em Shootout event in 2011 for $167,060.
Joe Ingram, one of the biggest online poker personalities, shared another piece of footage of the incident on Twitter. He also has additional information, writing “the guy was angry at the dealers because of a missed blind according to a post on IG”.

Other Famous Poker Fight
Of course, at poker tables, fortunes change quickly therefore it is always a high-tension situation. Evidently, this isn’t the first time a fistfight broke out in a card room and someone recorded it on video.
One of the most famous incidents happened at Harrah’s New Orleans Poker Room on May 9th, 2015. Allegedly one of the players called over some of his friends to beat up the man who won a $40,000 pot off of him. Justice seems to have been served when the aggressor ended up being the one tamed, lying on the floor.
The video had amassed over 1 million views on YouTube before being taken down for unknown reasons. You can watch it now re-uploaded to another site, Dailymotion.
