Rampage has been accused of multi-accounting by Paul Risman, who posted screenshots of him playing on two different accounts on the same day.
⚠️ POKER SCAM ALERT ⚠️@rampagepoker is a multi accounting cheater.
This is all the proof the poker world needs. He came 2nd place in the $109 warmup on ACR for 47k. Look at dates these accounts played. @ACR_POKER @Jon_Pardy @AnaMarquez86 @apestyles @WPN_CEO @slayAbidesDOTL pic.twitter.com/nUvvKnaGRW— Paul Risman (@PaulRismanPoker) September 5, 2023
Rampage responded with nothing more than an excuse of thinking his original account was “doomswitched”.
I created rampagepoker in the early stages. After 900 straight downswing tournaments and thinking my account was doomswitched, I created a new username to test it out. Somehow found infinitely more success with ‘WoodenBat’ but have never played the tournament with both account

Phil Nagy Gets Security on the Case Right Away
Within a couple of hours, ACR Poker CEO Phil Nagy had security checking out the details, even though Rampage was already in the thread admitting what he had done.
Tony Dunst replied to give support to Rampage, writing that while this is clearly against Terms of Service, it falls well short of cheating and Rampage’s character has never been in doubt, especially after giving away $80,000 to action buyers on a second bullet when he didn’t have to.
I will let security handle it as I have a hard time being impartial and look for the best in people however opening an account in someone else’s name with the intention of playing it yourself seems bad. I wonder if WPT Global allows it? (ya it was a low blow)
— Phillip Nagy (@WPN_CEO) September 5, 2023
For those who immediately default to the criticism that switching accounts gives an advantage of having HUD stats your opponents do not, this would be true in this case.
That said, it transpires that Rampage only logged into the old account a single time this year since creating the new one, so he wasn’t switching between the two.
Nagy also added that he is not in the business of keeping players’ funds in the name of being fair and will return his money in the event of an account closure.
Yell at him, figure out a way to fine him a little or something at most imo (this is why imo sites should take extra rake n give it back at their discretion only related to game integrity)
Ppl who r losing making multiple accounts is diff than winners doing it. Both not cool

Tom Dwan also gave his opinion that in this case it was not so serious as Rampage wasn’t a winning player. His suggestion of charging extra rake and handing it back based on game integrity is an interesting one.
