Patrick Leonard Makes Two Royal Flushes in 20 minutes!

It’s very rare that a poker player makes a Royal Flush at the tables but imagine making two in twenty minutes! That’s exactly what happened to Patrick Leonard during the WCOOP.

The odds of flopping a royal flush in Texas Hold’em are a whopping 1/649,740. So, even for a high-volume online player, they are only looking at one or two per year.

But what about live players? A high-volume pro playing for 10 hours per day on 300 days of the year might hit a royal flush around only once every eight years.

In fact, Mike Matusow replied to Patrick Leonard’s tweet to say he had only had three in his entire career.
