Shoma Ishikawa makes history by Winning First WSOP 2020 Bracelet on GGPoker
The WSOP 2020 kicked off yesterday at GG Network. While Event #32 and #33 are both still ongoing, the first GG WSOP Online Champion was crowned in Event #34, a $525 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold’em.
With WSOP bracelet winner Daniel Strelitz and Dimitar Yosifov there were also two big names, who made it to the final table.
It was however Shoma Ishikawa from Japan, who made history by becoming the first-ever WSOP bracelet winner at GGPoker, as well as the third person from Japan after Naoya Kihara and Takahiro Nakai to win a bracelet.

Samuel €urop€an Vousden ships 5.200 High Roller at PokerStars for $119,483.15
The biggest cash at the Sunday Grind on PokerStars was landed by online legend Samuel “€urop€an” Vousden in the $5,200 Sunday High Roller 500k GTD Single Event.
“€urop€an” beat a 50 player strong world-class field and prevailed on an insane Final Table including Wiktor “limitless” Malinowski, Mikita “fish2013” Badziakouski, Christian “WATNlos” Rudolph, Matthias “iambest2” Eibinger, Laszlo “omaha4rollz” Bujtas and online legend “bencb789”, who also shipped a Sunday Major (see below) yesterday.
Samuel Vousden beat Austrian high stakes crusher Matthias Eibinger to add another Major victory worth $119,483.15 to his incredible online resume.

But “€urop€an” was not the only online legend, who won a major last night. Raise Your Edge head coach “bencb789”, showed once again, why many consider him to be the best tournament player in the world.
bencb kicked things off with a third place finish for a staggering $71,359.65, just to top this great result soon after by winning the High Roller Club $2,100 Sunday High Roller for another $28,438,92.
The $2,100 Sunday High Roller is one of the toughest weekly tournaments, that’s why it only had 21 entries yesterday.
3 places were paid and they were taken by 3 online legends with Simon “C.Darwin2” Mattson, Christian “WATNlos” Rudolph and Benjamin “bencb789” Rolle.
The later got the best of it and was rewarded with the trophy and the first place prize money of $28,438.92 for beating online crusher “C.Darwin2” Heads-Up.

The Sunday Mega Deep is the biggest weekly guarantee and flagship tournament at 888poker.
This time the Mega Deep generated 914 entries, so that 90 places were paid.
The victory went to Russia, more precisely to “dron11555“, who beat “guiforrador” from Canada Heads-Up for the title.
“dron11555“ was rewarded with a whopping $18,500 for his first Sunday Major victory.
