Rui “RuiNF” Ferreira ships Sunday High Rollers Main Event for $104K
Rui “RuiNF” Ferreira is an absolute online beast with online winnings of more than $15,000,000! RuiNF is also part of the prestigious “Greatest SCOOP players of all time” list.
On Sunday he was at it again, this time at GGNetwork. The Sunday High Rollers Main Event is one of the biggest online poker guaranteed and attracted 532 players.
This resulted in a whopping $532,000 prize pool with a staggering $103,800.87 up top.
When German online crusher Christopher “Lissi stinkt” Frank and the unstoppable Niklas “Lena900” Astedt busted in 9th and 10th place, the way was free for RuiNF.
Heads-Up Ferreira defeated Dutch player “Maestro1908” to add another major title and massive score to his very impressive online results.
Jamil Wakil ships Bounty Hunters Main Event, Maximilian Silz Runner-Up
Another pro, who made a huge score, was Jamil Wakil from Canada. He defeated German online regular Maximilian Silz heads-up to take down the Bounty Hunters HR Main Event for $83,129.84.
A whopping 1,945 players registered and there was a cool $1,000,000 in the prize pool, while $83k was waiting for the winner.
4 of the last 5 players were top pros with Julian Thomas aka “HealTheWorld” on Stars, Estonian crusher Urmo Velvelt, Jamil Wakil and Maximilian Silz, who recently won the inaugural Pokercode Festival Main Event.
This time Silz had to settle for second place as the trophy and a huge $83,130 payday went to Jamil Wakil.
German online regular “Sintoras” takes down High Roller Club Sunday HR
Everybody who plays at PokerStars has come across the name “Sintoras” or at least saw his catchy avatar. The German is an excellent overall player, who crushes almost all the games.
Lately Sintoras has a lot of great results in No-Limit Hold’em as he had two deep runs in both the 2021 WCOOP Main Event for 87k and the $25K High Roller for $77k.
On Sunday he added a major victory to his excellent results by taking down the $1,050 High Roller Club: Sunday HR 8-Max for $26,740.74.
Sintoras prevailed on a very tough final table including online superstars Ole “wizowizo” Schemion, Jans “Gratekkel” Arends, Chris “ImDaNuts” Oliver, Sebastian “pocket00” Sikorski and 2020 SCOOP Main Event Runner-Up Pablo “pabritz” Brito Silva.
The latter even made it to heads-up, but the German online grinder proved too much to overcome and the Brazilian had to settle for Runner-Up.
