Niklas Astedt wins a WSOP Ring in the Super MILLION$ Week Omaholic Bounty
Online legend Niklas Astedt was absolutely crushing it in 2021 and he kicks off the New Year just where he left off with a massive $108,655 score.
The WSOPC Series: $1,050 Sunday HR Main Event tournament attracted 697 entries and several notables made it to the final table.
The two biggest Swedish online legends Simon “C. Darwin2″ Mattsson, Niklas “Lena900” Astedt, Sergei Denisov, Leonard “LottoLarry” Maue and Lachezar “Psychadelica” Petkov were all among the finalists.
Heads-up was a clash of Titans between “Lena900″ and “C. Darwin2” with the former having the better end for himself.
Astedt continues to be unstoppable and kicks off 2022 with another major victory and $108,655 score, while Mattsson still received $83,128 for his Runner-Up finish.
Timothy Nuter land biggest Sunday Grind score worth a staggering $391,454
The $25,500 Super High Roller was the once again the most expensive and biggest prized online tournament of last week.
48 entries generated a massive $1,200,000 prize pool with a whopping $391,454 up top. Only five places were paid with a huge min-cash worth $123,788.
Canadian top pro Timothy Adams, while high stakes cash game legend Wiktor “limitless” Malinowski followed soon after in 4th place for $165,075.
The second big online legend Andras “probirs” Nemeth made it all the way to heads-up play, but Timothy Nutter proved too much to overcome on this day.
Nuter is an online high stakes reg, but the $391,454 is a new career-high score for the man from Canada. “probirs” still walked away with an incredible $293,549 for second place.
4-way Deal in the WSOPC MILLIONS Mini Main Event
WSOPC Event #14 was the best value online tournament of last week as it gave players the unique chance to play with a small $100 buy-in for a huge $2,000,000 Guarantee.
So it didn’t come as a surprise that the tournament had an incredible 25,625 entries, which boosted the guarantee by more than 15%!
By far the biggest names on the FT were Kevin Rabichow (9./$19,092) and Greek crusher Georgios Zisimopoulos.
The latter was part of a 4-way deal, which secured all remaining players a minimum of $118,160.85.
“Lokimon” from India was chip leader, when the deal was made and consequently received the biggest share, while Brazilian “wolverine27” became the official winner.
