Mikita Badziakouski and Marius Gierse chop Super MILLION$ Week SHR for $436K
The Super MILLION$ Week $25,500 Super High Roller was the biggest prized poker tournament last week with a massive $1,500,000 Guarantee.
86 of the best tournament players in the world registered and smashed the guarantee by a whopping 43 percent!
$2,150,000 were in the prize pool and 11 paid places were paid with a not at all mini min-cash of $50,803.
Many big names such as Joao “Naza114” Viera, Niklas “Lena900” Astedt, Justin Bonomo, Jason Koon, Anatoly Filatov and Aleks Ponakovs made the final table.
However, it were two of the hottest players on the tournament circuit right now, Mikita Badziakouski and Marius Gierse, who not only made it to the heads-up, but also chopped the remaining prize pool securing themselves a staggering $461K and $436K score.
Sebastian Trisch and Ronny Kaiser deal at the Omaholic Super High Roller
Another one of the major tournaments that ended with a deal was the $10,300 Super MILLION$ Omaholic Super High Roller.
The tournament was a huge success as the guaranteed prize pool was almost doubled from $250,000 GTD to $440,000.
Only five places were paid and they were filled exclusively with top players Joao “Naza114” Viera, Gavin “gavz101” Cochrane, Ami Barer, Sebastian Trisch and Suisse PLO legend Ronny Kaiser.
The latter two played for the trophy and agreed on an ICM deal, which secured Trisch the largest cheque worth a staggering $138,004, while Ronny Kaiser took home a nice $123,689 for his efforts.
Gustavo Mastelotto ships $1,050 Sunday HR at PokerStars for $42K
The $1,050 High Roller Club Sunday HR is the largest Sunday Guarantee at PokerStars.
Once again several notables such as Artur “mararthur1” Martirosyan, Jens “Grafttekel” Arends, Peter “twirlpro” Turmezey and Simon “C.Darwin2” Mattson made it through a tough field into the Grand Finale.
It was however Brazilian online crusher Gustavo “22ehnutzz” Mastelotto, who came out on top and bested a field of 213 players to take down the $41,567.62 first place prize.
