Mario “livinmydream1” Mosböck wins SCOOP Main Event for $838,909
Before mostly Pokercode members were familiar with the name Mario Mosböck, now he has made a name for himself in the international poker scene by winning the SCOOP Main Event and WSOP Super Circuit Online Series within only five days.
On Wednesday, Mario played the biggest final table of his poker career so far at the SCOOP-M-92: $1,050 NLHE Main Event.
Mario started the final table in 5th place, but was off to a good start and soon joined the top three chip stacks.
He then won a massive flip against “PopAShush” from Ireland with Pocket Eights vs. KQo, which catapulted him into second place.
Mosböck had a 3 to 1 chip deficit at the start of the heads-up against “alimounda” and was down 5-1 at one point, but managed a comeback.
And after the two decided on “No Deal” Mario took control and in the final hand he turned two pair against almounda’s top pair, who called All-In on the river.
Mario Mosböck collected a staggering $838,909 for this huge victory, but he was still hungry for more….
Mario Mosböck chops WSOPC Event #4: DOUBLE STACK MILLION for 130K
On Saturday the WSOP Super Circuit Online Series 2021 kicked off and last night Mosböck was at it again.
Together with a whopping 3,063 players, he entered this high-value event. For a small buy-in of only $400, participants were able to play for a massive prize pool of $1,151,688.
Biggest name on the final table was German online legend Claas “SsicK_OnE” Segebrecht, who finished in 7th place for $26,447.41.
Mosböck again made it to heads-up play and due to the small buy-in and huge payjump he and his Hungarian opponent “PumpedGato” understandably made a deal, which secured both players $130,000.
They only played for the trophy and Mario Mosböck emerged victorious to win his second huge major title within only 5 days. What a run!

Even better value than the DOUBLE STACK MILLION had the WSOPC Opening Event, which guaranteed a cool $1,000,000 for a tiny buy-in of only $100!
Not surprisingly, it generated a huge field and an incredible 18,733 entries, which boosted the guaranteed prize pool by over 72%.
And it was also no surprise that the final three players struck a deal having only invested $100 with huge money up top.
“Bangshifu” was chip leader at the time of the deal and Rodrigo “GhostBusters” Teixeira actually got less than “ssssssTOEOEOEN” from Austria as he was the short stack:

The $5,250 Bounty Hunters SHR Million was the biggest buy-in of last night’s Sunday Grind and it found a popular winner with online crusher Jans “Graftekkel” Arends.
167 top pros signed up and there was $1,000,000 in the prize pool. Due to the high buy-in we saw a very tough final table.
It included the likes of Niklas “Lena900” Astedt, Yuri “theNERDguy” Dzivielevski, Artur Martirosian, Samuel “€urop€an” Vousden, Kevin Rabinchow and Jack Salter.
The latter made it to heads-up play, but was defeated by the Dutch online poker icon. Arends was rewarded with a staggering 288.472,34, while Salter still took home $181.950,07 for his Runner-Up finish.
