Lex Veldhuis wins New Year Series Event 84-M live on Twitch
Team PokerStars Pro member Lex Veldhuis is having a great run lately. Only two weeks ago, he won two tournaments on one day and now he followed that up with a New Year Series major title.
On a final table full of online PLO players, Lex Veldhuis came out on top to secure the $15,000 first place prize plus $5,000 in bounties on top of that to bank a nice $20k score.

Absolute highlight of the PokerStars New Year Series yesterday was Event #85, a Special Edition of the Titans Event, PokerStars flagship series with a huge $500,000 guarantee.
95 players were not enough to cover it though and so there was a small overlay.
It is a 2-Day-Event and last night they played down all the way to the final table. 11 places were paid and David “MissOracle” Yan became the unlucky Bubble Boy, while Thomas Mühlöcker was the first player to secure the $12,619.05 min-cash.
Notables, who made the final table, are German online legend Christian “WATnlos” Rudolph, Dimitar “KuuL” Danchev and Pedro “pvigar” Garagnani.
German player “looserGirl27” start today’s final table as chip leader, where the nine remaining players will battle it out for the whopping $119,483.15 first place prize.
