Lev Gottlieb lands the biggest online tournament score of last week worth $417K
Lev Gottlieb continues his GGNetwork sunrun in 2022 by winning the biggest prized online tournament of the week.
The WSOPC Super High Roller had 65 entries, which generated an incredible $1,625,000 prize pool created with a whopping $416,751 up top.
Only eight places were paid and the list of players, who cashed says a lot about the level of this event: Nick Petrangelo, Wenjie “Jerome001” Huang, Sam Greenwood, Stephen Chidwick, Guilherme Cherman, Marius Gierse, Andras “probirs” Nemeth and Lev “LevMeAlone” Gottlieb.
The latter two even made it to heads-up play and Gottlieb came out on top securing the massive $416,751 top prize, while “probirs” still took home a staggering $323,489 for his runner-up finish.
Conor Beresford ships WSOPC Crazy Eights High Roller for $66,816.14
Another highlight event of last week’s online tournament schedule was the WSOPC $888 Crazy Eights HR.
The tournament was a huge success as it attracted a whopping 421 runners, who smashed the $200,000 guarantee by not less than 78%!
In the end there was $355,155.60 in the prize pool with a remarkable first place prize of $66,816.
Once again we saw a very strong final table featuring tournament crushers Daniel Dvoress, Bruno “Great Dant” Volkmann, Jon Proudfoot, Alex Theologis and Conor “1_conor_b_1” Beresford.
The latter is a former Number 1 ranked online tournament player in the world and showed why by defeating this very tough field to secure the $66,816.14 top prize.

But there is not only the WSOP Winter Circuit Online Series, PokerStars is also running a massive online tournament series at the moment.
Sunday highlight of the Winter Series was Event #105-H, a $1,050 Sunday Cooldown Special edition with a huge $450K guarantee.
A whopping 466 entries made sure that the guaranteed prize pool of $450,000 was easily exceeded and there was a whopping $69,415 up top.
Several notables made the final table such as Diego “Die Ventura” Ventura, Julian “jutrack” Track, Marius “DEX888” Gierse and Aleksejs “APonakov” Ponakovs.
The latter made it to heads-up play, but Austrian online reg “Succeeed” was unstoppable on that day and bagged a huge $69,415 score.
