Christian Rudolph aka “WATnlos” is an absolute online poker legend. Week after week, he delivers and keeps winning major titles.
The latest victory came in the $5,250 Bounty Hunters Super High Roller, where he defeated his fellow countryman Ole Schemion heads-up to secure the staggering $101,082 first place prize.
It was one of the toughest final tables in a while featuring almost exclusively big names such as Simon “C.Darwin2” Mattson, Artur Martirosian, Isaac Haxton, Adrian Mateos, Marius Gierse and Michael Watson.
Biggest online tournament winner of all time Niklas “Lena900” Astedt got unlucky this time becoming the final table bubble boy.
Marius Gierse wins the $25,500 Sunday Super HR again!
The second German poker players, who is absolutely unstoppable at the moment is Marius Gierse. Last night he chopped the biggest weekly buy-in online tournament with Elio Fox.
21 top players entered this time and created a $525,000 prize pool with a whopping $211,902 up top.
Only three places were paid with an insane min-cash of $127,681.26, which was taken by Russian online legend Artur Martirosian, while Isaac Haxton was the last player, who had to leave the tournament empty-handed.
After Martirosian busted in 3rd place, the two remaining players, Elio Fox and Marius Gierse, agreed on an ICM deal, which secured Fox the biggest payday worth $211,901.81, while Gierse settled for $185,416.83.
Further notables, who made the final table, but failed to cash were Isaac Haxton, Michael Addamo, Mikita Badaziakouski and Daniel Dvoress.
“MagFinSwi” wins PokerStars Bounty Builder Series Event #109 for $31K
There is also a highlight event running over at PokerStars with the Bounty Builder Series. Event #109 was a No-Limit Holdem, which guaranteed a staggering $175,000 for a small buy-in of only $109.
The final table was full of online grinders with the biggest name being Canadian regular “MuckCallOk”, who finished in 4th place for $9,972.
The heads-up was a Suisse-Ukrainian affair with Suisse player “MagFinSwi” coming out on top to take home the nice $30,637.77 top prize.
