The American appeared on Omar of The OTC’s Spaces conversation, in what was a relaxed discussion about the huge cheating scandal from four years ago.
Mike Postle continued to deny that he did anything wrong, but he was never asked any difficult questions. This lack of challenging debate particularly upset Shaun Deeb and Vernonica Brill.
Deeb called Omar “scum”, highlighting that this has been his opinion for a long time. Brill accused Postle of taking the easy option of an interview where he avoided a “platform where people are allowed to ask him real questions”.
It is important to clarify that Mike Postle was never found guilty of any offence in a court of law, rather only the court of public opinion in the poker community.
That said, the evidence was damning, even to the eyes of Postle’s most ardent supporters.
Mike Postle Wants to Debate Veronica Brill on the Nick Vertucci Show!
Mike Postle isn’t just denying that cheating took place on the Stone’s live stream, he actually wants to square off against Veronica Brill in a public debate to make it clear.
He said he wants to “have a fair, simple discussion with Veronica Brill on her and Nick’s show”, with no editing allowed. Fair enough, we say.
Postle added that he has been asked many times in the past to sit down and talk with Brill about the scandal, but he always declined. There have even been offers to produce a documentary, but again he wanted nothing more to do with the story.
Let’s hope the pair can agree to get this conversation organised then maybe we can put the whole sorry tale behind us.
