Reliable sources have informed us that Europe’s biggest live poker room at King’s Resort Rozvadov has just re-opened!
In addition to that, the border between Germany, where most of the poker players at King’s come from, and the Czech Republic is open again.
The border between Germany and Czech Republic is open again
Since May 12th you can travel between Saxony and Czech Republic without having to quarantine.
That makes it possible to visit King’s Casino for a day trip again as currently you can visit the Czech Republic without restriction for a duration of maximum 12 hours. After that the mandatory PCR-test or quarantine rules come into effect.

And there is more great news for fans of live poker. The vaccination rollout picks up pace throughout Europe and the Czech Republic has announced on May 15th that it now accepts foreign vaccination passes.
So everybody, who has already been fully vaccinated, can travel and play poker at King’s Casino again without having to fear any restrictions or consequences.
Casinos in Malta to re-open on June 7th
Malta has the by far highest vaccination rate in the European Union and herd immunity, meaning +70% of the adult population being vaccinated, has been already reached this week!
Since numbers and cases being extremely low for weeks, Malta has decided to open up for tourism again on June 1st.
The big casinos (Kazini in Maltese) such as Casino Malta or Portomaso Casino will re-open on June 7th and offer daily cash games and tournaments as usual again.
First big Maltese live tournament series already confirmed
