Justin Bonomo has caused a massive outcry and got roasted by Doug Polk big time for saying the recent Hamas attacks on Israel were the only course of action they had.
Many big names in the game joined in the online fray to criticise Bonomo, including Doug Polk who said”…this is one of the worst things I’ve ever seen someone in poker post online.”

Doug Polk roasts Justin Bonomo for Hamas statement
Polk was incredulous that somebody with logic talent enough to play high stakes poker would ever say such things.
Bryan Micon was shocked and posted a dark humour mocking quote aimed at Bonomo.
“I ran the sim, Palestine is only freed by mass murder at a festival, raping, taking hostages, and parading dead ravers around in the bed of a Hilux screaming “God is Great.”

Justin Bonomo replied in his usual style, ignoring everyone else’s take and assuming that only he can be right.

It didn’t take long before people started to point out that Justin Bonomo’s style of debate was likely to be counter productive.
Jason Mo, one of the more well-known figures in the high-stakes world, wrote:
“Hey Justin, big fan here. Just think maybe twitter isn’t a productive use of your time anymore, doesn’t really matter if you are right or wrong you aren’t changing the opinions of any of the people you are clashing with nor is it making much positive impact in the real world.”
Another poster was less concerned with who was right and more about the playground level of discussion that Poker Twitter displays on an almost daily basis.
