We made the final 4 of this heads up 2 card PLO tournament and come back tomorrow to play the rest. I won my first 3 matches.
Got to meet a few people from my community in real life, very fun and I didn’t die which is nice. Always a little worried. pic.twitter.com/7ghJ6assrm

Joe Ingram signed up for the EV#15 $400 Heads-Up NLHE event last week and won the tournament and took home $4,429. Even though the prize money may seem fairly moderate compared to his most recent PLO scores, it’s definitely noteworthy.
Ingram is one of the most relevant poker influencers in the world and heads-up no-limit is certainly not his main game. Doug Polk was one of the first pros to congratulate.
However, Polk was not the only one who was happy for Joey. There were lots of people cheering for him and delighted about his success.
Qualified!

The High Stakes feud between Doug Polk and Daniel Negreanu could have been the spark for Joe Ingram. The whole competition was extremely popular amongst players and was all over the media.

More heads-up action coming up
Joe Ingram alone has spent more than 100 hours watching this epic clash and covered it extensively on his Youtube channel.
Doug Polk joined his podcast in one of the most recent episodes on his channel. He discussed his victory over Daniel Negreanu in detail – they spoke more than two hours in total.
According to the Hendon Mob database, it’s only his fourth live cash, but it seems like that we might see him at the tables more frequently in the near future.
Heads-up poker is quite popular these days and there are even more clashes coming up:
Joe Ingram currently has more than 575,000 followers on Twitter and more than 136k people are currently subscribed to his YouTube channel.
Therefore, it’s not unlikely that the current hype is going to continue due to the high popularity and the great coverage.
