Jennifer Tilly claims that she is psychic and that the ability allows her to win at poker as well as helping her out in other areas of life.
The 64-year-old actress is a keen poker player who was a regular on some of the high stakes shows in the pre-Black Friday era.
While not one of the stars of the game, her relationship with Phil Laak, AKA the “Unabomber” led to her being one of the most recognisable faces in poker at the time.
Jennifer Tilly Says She’s Psychic
Jennifer Tilly said:
“I have a psychic ability. It helps me in poker and when I need to my boyfriend to bring something home and he’s not answering his phone. The key to a good poker face is behaving ‘as if’. When I’m bluffing, I pretend I have pocket aces, and that makes me feel serene.”

We know don’t if Jennifer Tilly’s claims are truthful or not but there is one famous hand that springs to mind where her read was completely wrong, shocking viewers and her stunned tablemates.
Tilly raised up her pocket jacks and went to a flop with Patrik Antonius. Tilly flopped top set against an open-ended straight draw and bet. Antonius called.
The turn went check check and then when the river paired the board Tilly checked once again with her full house, exclaiming that she thought Antonius had rivered quads.
