Jason Koon has confirmed that he knows for a fact that Dan Bilzerian did win tens of millions of dollars in high-stakes private games.
He relayed a story about when he was invited to a game at the playboy’s house and described it as “exactly as advertised”.
Any reader who has taken a look at Dan Bilzerian’s Instagram will know exactly what he means.
Koon sent the podcast hosts into hysterics when he said there was actually “too many” woman at the party, which sounds like a strange thing for a guy to say but Bilzerian is known for being over the top.
Returning to the poker angle, Koon said:
“Dan Bilzerian has definitely won a lot of money in poker; I don’t think he plays much anymore. There may be some exaggerations in there, but I know for a fact that the dude has won millions upon millions against a few opponents.”
This is kind of how many in the poker community thought the story went. They are 100% sure that Dan Bilzerian is not good enough to grind his way up to nosebleed stakes but accept that if he started with $200 million then winning a few million here and there is perfectly reasonable.
