Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen, Trueteller and Jungleman play high stakes cash games in Bobby’s Room

Phil Ivey plays $2,000/$4,000 in the Bellagio

Gus Hansen has been playing the Mixed Games in Bobby’s Room in the Bellagio since the start of the WSOP and keeps us updated what is going on there via his Instagram.

After losing the Borgata edge sorting case and having to pay back 10.1 Million Dollar, it was unclear if Phil Ivey would show up for the WSOP.

Recently Ivey visited the legendary Bobby’s Room in the Bellagio, Las Vegas to play some high stakes cash games:

Due to the massive all the cash game action in Bobby’s Room going, it looks like Gus Hansen and Phil Ivey might only play the WSOP Main Event this year.

However, Ivey hasn’t been playing yet in ARIA’s poker room, which was named after him, although the Big Game has been running there as well.

In addition to that, it is still unsure if Phil Ivey will show up at the WSOP and what events he is going to play, but he’s expected at least for the Main Event and potentially for the $50,000 Poker Player Championship.

Online Legends “Trueteller” and Jungleman join the action

When Ivey arrived the blinds of $1,000/$2,000 were raised to $2,000/$4,000! This attracted several high rollers such as Daniel “Jungleman” Cates and High Stakes Crusher Timofey “Trueteller” Kuznetsov:

Gus Hansen skips $111,111 One Drop to play cash games

Hansen already skipped the $111,111 High Roller for One Drop, which was won by Doug Polk, because the action was so good:

Doyle Brunson skipping the 2017 WSOP?

And Gus is not the only one, as another poker legend recently has announced that he won’t be playing any WSOP events this year.

Doyle Brunson was expected to play some of the biggest events this year, but it looks like thats not going to happen after all:

We will keep you updated on this huge high stakes cash game in the Bellagio and if Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen and Doyle Brunson will show up at the WSOP or not.
