The head of VIP-Grinders Slovenia, Jan Martinšek also played in the Premier Million event. Unfortunately he busted at end of day 1E. He did not manage to crack AA with KK.
Marc Iodice went on to win the tournament
The player that ended the tournament life of Nikola Čokeša, later went on and won the Premier Million title along with a €300,000 prize.
In the Heads-up part of the tournament Iodice managed to beat Stanislav Kolen from Slovakia. In an interview after the big win Marc Iodice shared the credit for this great success with his coach Dario Sammartino.
