GG Network has just announced that it will change its Fish Buffet rakeback program this Wednesday, September 9th. This applies for all of our GG Network partner sites.
What are the most important changes?
The most significant change is that GG increases the Fish Buffet rewards and players can now receive up to 60% rakeback, instead of only 50%.
Furthermore, they are making changes to its VIP program by offering yearly statuses as well as the possibility to choose between either flat cashback or Spin rewards.
Below we have listed the most important changes:
- Up to 60% average cashback and up to 100% rakeback via the reward wheel
- Introduction of 4 Black ranks/yearly levels with flat cashback up to 60%
- Casino bets also count for the VIP program
- New time frames
What are the main differences between the old and new Fish Buffet Rakeback system?
Here are the major differences between the old and the new GG Network Fish Buffet VIP system:
- You can now earn 60% instead of 50% cashback
- Fish Buffet Wheel rewards will be higher, but the probabilities are lower
- The odds of getting the highest Fish Buffet wheel have been lowered by 10%
- The number of points required to reach a status has increased significantly.
- The time for reaching a certain status is doubled
- The time for reaching a rank will be doubled;
- 100 Fish Buffet Points = $1 in Player Value Index (PVI) rake
Earn up to 60% cashback via the new Fish Buffet
As mentioned above, the points requirements as well as the amount of rakeback have both increased.

Probabilities of the individual fish buffet levels
There were also some big adjustments, when it comes to reaching a VIP level and the resulting cashback.
While the maximum cashback is still 100% the required points to reach a certain VIP level have been increased according to the below table.
The new Black Ranks offer fixed rakeback on a weekly basis!
The last important change is the introduction of the following four new Black Ranks: Black Fish, Black Octopus, Black Whale and Black Shark. Those ranks no longer have to turn the fish buffet wheel!
Those ranks are maintained for a year and require certain points for renewal.
It is possible to switch to a Black Rank of a lower status. All Octopus, Crab, Shrimps can switch to Black Fish. All Whales can switch to Black Octopus and all Sharks can switch to Black Whale.
Can I switch back from a Black Rank to Fish Buffet?
Yes, you can switch back from a black rank to Fish Buffet at any given time.
- A Black Fish can switch to Bronze Shrimp
- A Black Octopus can switch to Bronze Whale
- A Black Whale can switch to Bronze Shark
