Fedor Holz exceeds all expectations
The big underdog Fedor Holz continues to crush Limitless in the Face-Off Challenge having won all 3 out of 3 sessions for a whopping profit of $160.268,42. Limitless does have one more chance to turn the tide though in the Grand Finale on Saturday 6.45 pm CET, which will be streamed live on VIP-Grinders.com!
You’ve got to hand it to GGPoker, it really was a smart move to get this match going straight after the High Stakes Feud finished.
Two of the biggest names in poker—one from cash and one from tournaments—fighting head-to-head with all the eyes of the poker community watching.
Fedor a Huge Favorite to Win
Before the first hand was played many assumed that “limitless” would stamp his authority on his tournament playing opponent, but things couldn’t have ended up more different.
The German Wunderkind might be running hot, but he is certainly showing his class. Nobody in their right mind would have predicted this two weeks ago.
Face-Off Challenge Results So Far

1 | Fedor +37,420.54 |

Total | Fedor +160,268.42 |
Can “limitless” Pull Off a Legendary Comeback in the Final Session
The current results don’t make good reading for “limitless”, but the final result is not yet a forgone conclusion. The stakes are $100/$200 which means he only needs to win slightly more than eight stacks to pull off an unlikely victory.
The problem is that Fedor Holz can switch his strategy to reduce variance in the closing session. Doug Polk did something similar against Daniel Negreanu in the High Stakes Feud and it sealed the deal comfortably.
The final session is scheduled for this Saturday, March 13 6.45pm CET. There will be a minimum of 400 hands played and you can watch every minute of the action here on VIP-Grinders.com.
Joey Ingram will be continuing his role as commentator on the GGPoker Youtube channel where you can expect to see the players interviewed at the end of the session and the occasional special guest. If you’re lucky there might even be a few random giveaways for the viewers too.
Fedor Holz is now a massive betting favourite but we shouldn’t talk down the chances of “limitless” to pull off a major upset here. He is thought to be one of the top three cash game players in the world, and if anybody can do it, it will be him.
Will Limitless lose the second Heads-Up Challenge in a row?
However, Limitless already got completely crushed by Stefan11222 in their Heads-Up Challenge, when he lost $557,070 within the first week, and his great reputation is starting to crumble.
