DTO Poker Trainer fires Henri Buehler as ambassador
DTO Poker Trainer has just fired Henri “Buehlero” Buehler as ambassador due to his involvement as staker in the Fedor Kruse RTA cheating scandal after the German pro released a very weak statement on 2+2. Henri Buehler had profited at least $42,000 from staking Kruse, but claimed ignorance of the cheating.
DTO Poker Trainer founders Dominik Nitsche and Markus Prinz announced today that they have ended their partnership with Henri Buehleron following his involvement as staker in the Fedor Kruse RTA cheating scandal:

The DTO training duo were at pains to distance their training app and methods from Buehlero and Fedor Kruse, writing:
“We’d also like to point out that Henri was simply an ambassador for us who had never seen a line of code so while we don’t know which program Fedor used we can be 100% certain it had absolutely nothing to do with DTOPoker.”

Buehlero trying to find excuses for the inexcusable
The shock news came after Buehler attempted to explain his staking arrangement with Fedor ‘GlitchSystem’ Kruse, claiming:
“It’s not like he’s battleing exclusively Linus and other sickos, there was a good spot and he went for it.”
The poker community had been waiting for Buehler to comment on the Real Time Assistance scandal for some time, our call for clarity revealing his deep involvement with Kruse.
Yesterday Buehler finally spoke out, pleading: “I was waiting for the sites to finish their investigations, but I guess that takes some time, so here’s my statement already.”
Very weak and not credible statement by Henri Buehler
What follows is a very weak statement, which rather is a lengthy breakdown of when and why he staked Kruse, claiming it was only for “cash games from mid April till the end of May 2020.”
Pleading ignorance of Kruse’s use of RTA, with pre-solved situations saved on a ‘dream machine’, Buehler claims Kruse’s rapid rise from what one player described as ‘shit reg’, to a winner at NL20k and above, “wasn’t something I questioned.”
Buehler explained: “It’s not like he’s battleing exclusively Linus and other sickos, there was a good spot and he went for it. The main piece I had was at selected 25/50 tables.”
He then admits: “A few days later Fedor told me that he had a long talk with his roommates and we all went to dinner together on the 28th of May. It became clear to me that I didn’t want any action of Fedor anymore and I’ve never bought a piece since that day.”
Buehlero claims he didn’t know of the cheating while autobooking Kruse at NL$100/$200 with 60%!
These claims of innocence have not gone down well with the poker community in general, nobody so far believing that Buehler was staking and autobooking someone he barely knew with 60% at NL$100/$200 and was unaware of Kruse’s cheating.
Questions surrounding what Buehler learned on May 28th to end the staking (if it did end) and why he didn’t out Kruse also persist. A few of the responses to his statement can be seen below…
The poker sites Buehler and Kruse played on have been approached, but are yet to comment publicly on the scandal. However, it is highly unlikely that DTO’s disowning of Buehler is the end of the matter.
