Postle defending himself
Some Twitter poker fans didn’t realize that Postle had been skilfully edited into a previous court case, in which a disgruntled defendant used the screenname‘Buttfucker3000’.
“Wow you mean someone EDITED this? Who would do that, some kind of video editor?” Keeling responded when the original ‘Buttfucker3000’ story was posted. He added, “It sure looks like it,” when asked if that was really Postle in the clip.
Postle’s appearance was actually in another court case this week, connected to the anti-SLAPP action brought by Poker Fraud Alert founder, Todd Witteles.
Witteles got almost $27,000 in legal expenses and court costs, and Postle was trying to have that judgement over-turned, or at least reduced.
Postle, representing himself after his legal counsel bailed out earlier this year, this week once again claimed that he was being harassed and defamed over his alleged live-streamed cheating saga.
Those efforts came to naught, however, as the judge refused Postle’s pleas – pointing out “you voluntarily dismissed the defamation and libel lawsuit”- and the alleged cheat now faces another court date as whistleblower Veronica Brill’s costs hearing is due later this month.
Postle may now be regretting ever bringing his $330million lawsuit against many of poker’s finest.

…although that video was later removed from public viewing because of its infamous dildo-sucking finale.
It did its job, however, with Negreanu succumbing to years of trolling and finally calling Polk out, the result their highstakes Grudge Match that saw Polk win $1.2million.
Keeling couldn’t resist using his editing skills to troll Negreanu at the start of the match, adding in DNegs’ 2020 WSOP online blowout to an expensive rivered full house against full house hand.
