Barely a day has gone by this summer without Daniel Negreanu being involved in one controversy or another, and the latest is a double-whammy.
First KidPoker rant against Norman Chad, calling him “a preachy motherfucker”, followed by public accusations from Jamie Kerstetter that Negreanu deliberately damaged her career.

First up was DNegs’ anti-Chad tirade, describing the legendary WSOP commentator as “a dumb fuck” in yet another foul-mouthed explosion on his GGPoker stream.

“It’s his obsession and his fucking preachy nature…all he does is complain about other people preaching what their beliefs are…non-stop, he’s a preachy motherfucker”, said Negreanu.
He added: “I don’t give a fuck what you think, at all, you are not my mentor, my life guru…I do not follow your rules of living”
Negreanu continues: “You do you, you can say whatever the fuck you want to me, but I’m not going to listen to you, you dumb fuck…enough…move on…”
The reason for the GGPoker ambassador’s latest explosion of anger?
Chad’s appearance on The Rake podcast with Jamie Kerstetter and Marle Cordeiro and some tweets about Negreanu’s recent behaviour…
You followed that up by telling the guy you'd knock out his teeth and feed them to him anally.
How is it okay to physically threaten someone during your live stream?
You now say this was "tongue in cheek."
Then, rather than apologize for your behavior, you give a FU statement.

As we reported last week, that swear-filled outburst against a troll who was dissing his wife Amanda in the live chat earned Negreanu a TwitchTV ban.
It followed an earlier stream-rage incident when DNegs cursed, punched, and kicked his anger out against the WSOP.com software after disconnecting.
Of course, as most will know, the recent outbursts led to Negreanu accepting a heads-up challenge from Doug Polk.
That arose after Polk commissioned an artfully-crafted video of his archenemy’s less-than-finest moments, the long-running feud broken down by Joey Ingram…
As for Chad, he has yet to comment directly on Negreanu’s hateful bile, but he did tweet about the earlier rant: ’There has been no one in poker I have lavished more praise on than @RealKidPoker…”
He added: “He’s done it right for so long. This is not doing it right; I wish someone in his inner circle would say, “Bro, really? WTF?”
Jamie Kerstetter accuses Negreanu
If Norman Chad was the focus of Negreanu’s latest outburst, then KidPoker himself was the target of Jamie Kerstetter.
The poker pro, commentator, and podcast co-host claimed that Negreanu “has hurt my career” and had her “removed from a commentary that I was already signed up for”.
The reason? According to Kerstetter, it’s “because I speak my mind about him, and I am not going to kiss his ass”.

Details supporting Kerstetter’s claims are yet to emerge, but another Negreanu foe, Irish pro David K Lappin, shared this as well…
Like @NormanChad says in this excellent episode of ‘The Rake’, Negreanu has apologists and protectors who either agree with him or fear the damage he can do to their careers. I think there are way more in the latter catagory than people realise.

I like both of them.
Not personal at all.
I thought Stapes was a better comedic fit for the role and shared my opinion.
