The Canadian star is obviously well-known in his neighbourhood and was spotted while out walking his dogs by a “kid in a suit.”
The kid requested that he stop by and say hello to his friends during a home game, knowing that it would absolutely make their day.

The response to the gesture by Daniel Negreanu was nothing but positive with plenty of Twitter posters relaying stories from the past when he had also made their day by spending just a minute or two to chat at an event.

It looks like it turned out to be a great night for all concerned. Mike Matusow tweeted that he recently did something similar for a neighbour and he had the same experience.
Negreanu even managed to win during the session but returned the money to the hosts, telling them to put $5 in each pot until it was all gone.
