One of the craziest casino robberies of all time
In one of the craziest and most spectacular casino robberies ever the suspect poured gasoline over the cashier and threatened to set her on fire!
To the surprise of many the ruthless robber is 70-year-old pensioner Larry Lee Fletcher. According to a police report he walked into Deuces Casino in Sioux Falls, threw a cup of gasoline on the clerk and threatened to light her on fire, if she doesn’t give him the money.
Luckily, the clerk complied and survived this very scary incident unharmed.

Suspect was arrested in a nearby hotel
Unfortunately, for Larry Lee Fletcher the video surveilance (CCTV) of Deuces Casino recorded the whole incident.
Therefore, the detectives were able to easily identify him at a search of his hotel room, especially since Fletcher was still wearing the same coat and shoes he wore during the robbery!
Larry Lee Fletcher now faces charges of first-degree robbery and aggravated assault, which is usually a felony punishable by approximately one to twenty years in prison.

In March a suspect was shot dead while trying to escape in an attempted robbery of the famous Bellagio.
