GGPoker has beaten the record for the biggest ever bad beat jackpot paid out in online poker. Last Saturday saw a massive $593,177 paid out to the six players at the table, breaking the pervious $570k record.

$593,177 Bad Beat Jackpot Paid Out on GGPoker
The action took place on a $10/$20 Pot-Limit Omaha cash game table between players “Ibai Delgado” and “bilaterale1”.
The latter opened and Delgado three-bet, which was called. The flop came down QKQ giving Delgado quads and his opponent top full house. As close as can be!
Unfortunately for Delgado, when the money went in on the turn, he was soon to have his heart broken as the case king landed on the river activating the massive bad beat jackpot for all six players at the table.
As Delgado was the player who suffered the injustice, he was to receive $366,158.72 while “bilaterale1” collected $114,916.21. The other four players at the table received $29,292.69.
Paul Burke, Head of PR at GGPoker, said:
“GGPoker’s biggest Bad Beat Jackpot yet – almost $600K – was shared out between six Omaha players, with the player whose quad queens were cracked snagging $366K for their troubles!”
“We love seeing these huge amounts won by our cash game players, and hopefully some more record-setting jackpots will drop in the coming weeks.”
GGPoker Crushing the Bad Beat Jackpot Scene
The bad beat jackpot promotion on GGPoker has given many players a decent chunk of change since it was implemented.
Last month saw an amazing $15 million paid out to players, with one guy activating the jackpot twice in only 12 hours!

Any player interested in going for the bad beat jackpot must be aware of a couple of points. In NL Hold’em the minimum hand to lose is aces full of kings, and in PLO it is four nines.
The hand must go to a showdown to activate the jackpot and players must use two holecards in both NL Hold’em and PLO to qualify.
