MonkerGuy, a GTO solver service, has been accused by German online poker legend Daniel Smiljkovic aka “SmilleThHero” of stealing $21,744 worth of crypto after he sent it to an old address.

Daniel Smiljkovic, a.k.a SmilleThHero, is a high stakes reg, who posted a tweet accusing MonkerGuy of theft.
He directed his followers to a 2+2 thread where he detailed his side of the story of how he tried to pay for server rental.
MonkerGuy was persistent in his denial of having the funds.
“I don’t have this money. I didn’t ask him to send this money and I don’t owe him any money.”
I don’t have this money. I didn’t ask him to send this money and I don’t owe him any money.
For context, here are some more details

Daniel Smiljkovic seems to have an issue with believing MonkerGuy when he says the crypto address belongs to a friend after being told:
“This address wasn’t a MonkerGuy wallet, we often trade USDT for PayPal to pay for servers and often use different addresses and have payments sent to different people”
Ah yes, the great freeroll of him getting his own money back that you are keeping. If the case is indeed that this friend of yours is keeping the money and not returning it then you should of course out him. Someone accidentally sending you money doesn’t mean you get to keep it.

Tournament crusher Alex Theologis was unimpressed with MonkerGuy’s efforts to return the money.
So, it really comes down to MonkerGuy telling us who this crypto address belongs to. Is he scamming?
We have no idea but once he told us the address belongs to a “friend”, we know that he should be doing a lot more to keep his customer informed about where his money is and how he’ll be able to get it back.
What Is MonkerGuy?
MonkerGuy is a GTO solver service that rents server space for advanced poker players to conduct and save multiplayer solutions.
The advert text says they can help players “play mathematically perfect strategy from UTG to Big Blind.”
As complicated as it sounds, the guy behind the business is only renting server space himself from Amazon or similar businesses and selling his time to solve the solutions.
