Pascal LeFrancois wins the PokerStars Titans Event for the second time
Pascal LeFrancois has been crushing live and online poker tournaments for years, and in the last Sunday Grind he showed that he still has what it takes by winning PokerStars’ toughest tournament.
58 entries were enough to boost the $250k prize pool to $265,000.
Only six places were paid with a whopping $14,017 min-cash and a staggering $93,157.72 up top.
Neymar, who is currently on a sick run, managed to cash in the Titans Event for the second time in a row.
Other notables, who made the money were Yuri “theNERDguy” Dzivielevski, David “MissOracle” Yan and Bruno “great dant” Volkmann.
The latter even made it to heads-up play, but Pascal LeFrancois proved to be too much to overcome on that day.
Dinesh “NastyMinder” Alt ships the Bounty Hunters HR Main Event
Dinesh Alt, better known under his online nick “NastyMinder” is a force when it comes to online tournaments.
In the last Bounty Hunters HR Main Event he showed why, by beating a large 2,437 player field to land a huge $134,823.73 score.
Another big name scoring big was Leonid Yanovich, who still took home $56,258.42 for his Runner-Up finish.
3-way deal in the Sunday High Roller Main Event
The second big Sunday tournament at GGPoker ended with a 3-way deal between online crushers Ramiro “ramastar88” Petrone, Rodrigo “Selouan1991” Selouan and Sergei Denisov.
They agreed on an even split, which secured chip leader Ramiro Petrone the trophy and a $61,453,88 first place prize.
Another big name on the final table was Spanish high roller legend Juan “malakastyle” Pardo Dominguez, who finished in a strong 4th place for $33,139.73.
