Negreanu’s quiz question soon had the poker community racking their brains to come up with answers, a selection seen below.
Who is the most famous person in the world according to poker players?
- “Musk, Trump, Ronaldo, Messi, Swift,” was Fedor Holz’s choice;
- “Daughter asked me this last week I said @taylorswift13,” admitted Darren Elias;
- “Trump. Easily,” was Kane Kalas’ choice;
- “1. Trump, 2. Obama. Big drop-off after. 3-10 some order of Elon, Zuck, Messi, Cristiano, Tswift, Putin, The Rock, Kim K,” was poker pro Ryan Daut’s top 10 list.
Meanwhile, Allen Kessler, who previously claimed that words used in the Wordle puzzle weren’t real, was again showing his ignorance of fields beyond the green felt.

Other names thrown into the hat were Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and Indian PM Narendra Modi.
