Phil Ivey Wins 4th Triton Title for $1,000,000
Phil Ivey has cemented his G.O.A.T status after once again outlasting a field of elite players. The Triton Poker London $60K NL Hold’em Turbo attracted a field of 61 entries, stacked from top to bottom with mega talent.
It was PokerGO founder Cary Katz who was the last opponent standing for Ivey to defeat. Not a professional player but still right up with his live career earnings.
But it was all over very quickly. Ivey started heads-up play with a 3-1 advantage and then pulled off a good chunk of luck at the right time when his Qd7h flopped two queens against the AhKc of Katz.
