The Las Vegas country club mansion Phil Hellmuth bought for his WSOP trips is up for sale and with a swimming pool and views over the golf course it can be yours for a paltry $525,000.
“I bought this house in Las Vegas Country Club gated community (great location),” Phil Hellmuth revealed on Twitter. “I never lived there, but was going to stay there during WSOP and other long Vegas trips.”
The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 1,672-square-foot house is described as a “charming vintage style home located in the heart of Las Vegas currently owned by Poker Royalty.
“This iconic guard gated Las Vegas Country Club beauty overlooks the 2nd green. Enjoy views of the golf course & Las Vegas Strip from your master bedroom balcony or swimming in your sparkling pool.”
Hellmuth isn’t the only poker connection to the property either. It is being exclusively sold by well-known poker player, Karina Jett, who appeared on Poker After Dark and Late Night Poker.
I bought this house in Las Vegas Country Club gated community (great location). I never lived there, but was going to stay there during @WSOP and other long Vegas trips. I’m selling it now for $525,000. If interested in buying: contact Karina Jett https://t.co/32GXZkERJT pic.twitter.com/mxw9KmhXV6

A realtor at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, Jett explained: “This has been a second residence for Phil since he purchased it in 2002. Its close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip is his favorite feature.”
Her boss, Bob Hamrick, added: “The golf course and Strip views from the backyard are simply gorgeous. This home is representative of Old Vegas style and with a little renovating it can be returned to its original glory.”
Hellmuth is now better known for spending his Vegas time in a luxury suite at the Aria rather than a rather dated home, and it didn’t take long for the poker Twitter crowd to pile on…
- That house looks like having K9 off suit from high jack position – its not that good looking, but maybe if I get lucky it will work out.
- Can you stay there and film a video of you complaining at least once? Would really increase the value for me.
Josh Arieh had an idea, tweeting: If I buy it, will you still stay there with me during @wsop?” but then Toby Lewis shared a pic that might just put anyone off buying the place…
Faraz Jak, however, had perhaps the best idea for boosting the price….
Why don’t you stay there this summer and win your next bracelet.. then you can sell it for $625k as the house you won your record breaking bracelet in. #luckyhouse
