High stakes poker pro Steve O’Dwyer has publicly trashed German airline Lufthansa big time at the 2023 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure for not returning his lost luggage. The American has an AirTag inside the suitcase and pinpointed the location to an area at London Heathrow Airport, but he is still waiting after more than a week.
Steve O’Dwyer Furious at Lufthansa for Not Returning His Suitcase, Knowing Where it Is
I busted from the main event earlier today and still haven’t gotten my baggage back from the thieves at @lufthansa but at least I got to tell a large audience to never ever travel on their airline when I was on the TV table. pic.twitter.com/3lC1mdWZtA

Steve O’Dwyer was at the TV feature table of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event and couldn’t resist having a pop at the German flag carrier airline after a frustrating week of trying to get his belongings returned.
They just hung up on me for the 4th time today. Highly recommend avoiding flying with @lufthansa, even if you’ve booked business class tickets and have priorty tagged bags they don’t give two shits about you or your property.

Steve O’Dwyer Offering to Give Interviews if He Can Criticise Lufthansa
O’Dwyer is in such a rage that he is offering to give interviews on the condition that he is allowed to sound off at Lufthansa, even though he rarely gives them at all.
My default response to 99% of interview requests is “no thanks” as I have no interest in self promotion, but I’m willing to make myself available to any poker media right now as long as you allow me some time to rage at @lufthansa. Can’t promise I’ll say yes to all but I’ll try.

He added:
“I always decline interview requests, but I am willing to speak with anyone that I have turned down in the past as long as they give me the chance to talk about how badly I have been treated by @lufthansa I’ve already committed to do two podcasts”
Incredibly, the social media shaming doesn’t appear to have had any affect at all. O’Dwyer even posted a detailed map showing exactly where the suitcase currently sits but nobody wants to take responsibility.
9th day of @lufthansa failing to forward my bags from LHR to NAS. Lied to me yesterday, saying they would escalate my case to their HQ and have management call me back with an explanation. Obviously I was never contacted. Never fly Lufthansa. @Lufthansa_DE @HeathrowAirport pic.twitter.com/ozjlAcLRZ2
