Pete Chen is the Number 2 in the Taiwan All Time Money List with tournament winnings of almost $4,000,000.
Online he is a savage as well having won two WSOP Online Bracelets. Now he added another major title by taking down the GGMasters High Rollers for $99,492.23.
A whopping 711 players paid the $1.050 buy-in and smashed the 600K Guarantee by almost 19%.
$711,000 went into the prize pool and a cool $100K was up top. Two big names notables made the final table with Latvian online crusher Aleksejs Ponakovs and Pete Chen.
While “APonakov” busted in 8th place for 16K, Chen made it all the way to heads-up play, where he faced “MaShallah” from Andorra.
Seasoned pro Pete Chen proved to be too much to overcome for the online grinder, who had to settle for second place, but still took home a staggering $76,275.51.

Another highlight of the Sunday Grind was PokerStars New Year Series Event 39-H, a $530 NHLE PKO.
432 entries boosted the guaranteed prize pool by more than 43% making this tournament a big success.
We saw a very strong final table including online superstars Péter “belabacsi” Traply, Brunno “botteonpoker” Botteon, Ronan “Sw33ney” Sweeney and two-time EPT Online Winner “WhatifGod”.
Bruno Botteon finished best of the pack with a strong third place for $14,332.41.
Heads-Up was a Latin American Duel between “danipesis” from Mexico and “keyhell” from Brazil.
The latter came out on top and added a staggering $18,991 in bounties to the $16,839.25 first place prize.
