Daniel Negreanu has publicly backed up Dan Bilzerian’s claim that he won tens of millions of dollars in high stakes poker games. The Canadian was speaking on the Lex Fridman Podcast and revealed that the Instagram King probably makes more than many famous pros because of the games he has access to.

The source of Dan Bilzerian’s fortune has long been debated in the poker community. His claim that it came almost exclusively from playing in private games against rich businessmen is mostly seen as untrue.
The reality, according to the majority, is that Bilzerian was the recipient of funds his dad went to prison for embezzling during his days as a corporate raider.
Whatever people think, this is the first time we have heard a major figure in the poker community speak out in support of Dan Bilzerian’s claims.
Daniel Negreanu Says Bilzerian Isn’t a Top Poker Player but Still Won Millions
Daniel Negreanu was quick to point out that he isn’t saying Dan Bilzerian is a great player, it’s just that he manoeuvred himself into the right place at the right time.
Amazingly, some Twitter posters still insisted on arguing with Negreanu even after he made it clear he has inside information on what goes on in these games.
