Thomas Mühlöcker wins the Titans Event again
Thomas Mühlöcker aka “WushuTM” on PokerStars is an absolute high roller legend and keeps on crushing online poker.
Last night the Number 2 in the Austria All Time Money List took down the most prestigious online tournament at PokerStars once again for a whopping $85,414.52.
70 of the best tournament players signed up and boosted the guaranteed prize pool by almost 17%.
Only nine places were paid and with $350,000 in the prize pool there was a lot of money up top.
Biggest names on the final table were Brazilian online crushers Yuri “theNERDguy” Dzivielevski, Pedro “pvigar” Garagnani, German online legend “Sintoras” and last but not least Thomas “WushuTM” Mühlöcker.
The latter was once again unstoppable and made it all the way to heads-up play, where a deal with Swedish player “flerrehuve” secured him the largest share of the prize pool.
Carlos Villamarin wins GGMasters after 3-way deal
US pro Carlos Villamarin already had impressive results over the last years amassing $1,713,874 in tournament winnings. Last night he landed another massive score by chopping the $750,000 GTD GGMasters High Roller for $100K.
The final table mainly consisted of online players, who took on the two pros Alberto Meran and Carlos Villamarin.
This round clearly went to the pros as both of them made it to the top 3. With three players left and due to the large pay jumps, they decided on an even chop securing all of them a staggering $100,000.
They continued to play for the prestigious title and bragging rights, which went to Carlos Villamarin, who continues to impress with great online tournament results.
