When the flop comes down 6d 4d 2d Imsirovic makes a c-bet and gets raised. Nothing unusual at this point, and nor is the flop raise by Michael Addamo who defended his big blind. What Alex Foxen saw next is what angered him so much that he felt he had to make such accusations in a public forum. When facing a flop raise, according to the GTO solver, there should only be three-bet shoves for value and as a bluff when holding a diamond. This is a spot that all high stakes players will understand clearly. But Ali Imsirovic chooses to deviate from the correct solution and makes a tiny three-bet bluff, which according to Foxen he can only do if he knows that the ace of diamonds is already out of play along with a five. The allegation is that Ali is rubbernecking Phua’s hole cards and then with the knowledge that the A(d) and a 5 are in the muck, he is 3 betting the flop in a spot where he never would otherwise do so. — brad (@bradjansen6) April 18, 2022 This is not evidence that will stand up in a court of law, but elite players are incredibly astute at picking up on these subtleties and understanding what is going on. Ali is banned from GG for Multi-accounting and RTA. I have witnessed numerous chip dumps to horses, and many suspicious changes in play from people known to be his horses when deep in online MTTs.
