Aleks Ponakovs lands the biggest score of his career in the Super MILLION$
Aleks Ponakovs aka “APonakov” on Stars has landed the biggest score of his poker career worth a staggering $475,125 by taking down the prestigious Super MILLION$ at GGNetwork.
Ponakovs prevailed on a tough final table including the likes of Andras “probirs” Nemeth, Ole Schemion, Seth Davis, Elio Fox and Chris Klodnicki.
The tournament was a big success by boosting the massive $1,000,000 guarantee by 18%. In the end there was $2,350,000 in the prize pool and a staggering $475K up top.
Heads-Up Ponakovs defeated online poker legend Andras “probirs” Nemeth and was rewarded with a career-high $475,125 score.

Bencb789 and Mikita Badziakouski chop Sunday Million SHR for $339K
The $25,500 Sunday Million SHR is the second biggest prized weekly poker tournament with a massive $1,500,000 Guarantee.
Bencb landed one of the largest scores of his remarkable online poker by coming out on top to take home $393,222.
58 of the best tournament players in the world signed up and there was $1,500,000 in the prize pool. Only seven places were paid with a whopping min-cash of $74,413, which was secured by “spaise422”, while Artur Martirosian became bubble boy.
The final table was full of big names such as Isaac Haxton, Daniel Dvoress, Ben Heath, Mikita Badziakouski and Benjamin Rolle.
The latter two made it to heads-up play and struck a deal that secured bencb789 $393,222, while Badziakouski collected $339,029 for his efforts.
“ibotown” from Austria ships Titans Event at PokerStars for $136,991
PokerStars has a new signature weekly poker tournament, which is called Titans Event.
It offers a huge $500,000 guarantee for a buy-in of $5,200. Last Sunday 87 entries smashed the guarantee by 25% and there was a whopping $136,991 up top.
Four notables Jans “Graftekkel” Arends, Mike “SirWatts” Watson, Sergei “Futti18” Koliakov and Tomi “elmerixx” Brouk made the final table.
However, none of them reached the heads-up, which was a battle of the two online grinders “Hendurr” from Sweden and “ibotown” from Austria.
The latter had the better end for him and took home the staggering $136,991 first place prize.
