The online payment provider PayPal has recently been under fire. Mike “The Mouth” Matusow is amongst the litigants who decided to join a lawsuit.
Matusow Joins Class-Action Lawsuit Against PayPal
It seems like Chris Moneymaker is not the only poker pro who got problems with PayPal.
After the WSOP winner already published a tweet where he claimed that PayPal basically stole his money, he decided to file a class-action lawsuit against the company.
So @PayPal @AskPayPal froze my account last year and said i could access my money in 180 days. Well they straight up stole the money!!!! Money out of my account pic.twitter.com/fnQtkPw7s9

While Moneymaker was obviously not happy with PayPal, he also added a tweet asking for further individuals who also experienced similar problems with the payment operator.
The Bensamochan Law Firm would like to hear from any other individual who have had money confiscated by @PayPal for an alleged violation of its User Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy. Please use the following email address: info@eblawfirm.us

Thus far ,there have been multiple people replying to his tweet and provided information to help the case.
Even though Mike Matusow did not reply to the tweet right away, he got involved just a couple of days later.
If you've had money stolen from PayPay hit up @Bensamochan or info@eblawfirm.us

Matusow, just like Moneymaker, asked his followers to get in touch with the Bensamochan Law Firm regarding if they had their money stolen.
Back in May, Moneymaker was already considering taking legal steps against PayPal. Back then, Matusow did not seem very confident after speaking to his attorney.
need a new lawyer, I will reach out. I am going after them https://t.co/tUb7ay3fFW

However, it seems like he changed his opinion. The 4-time WSOP bracelet winner announced it on Twitter and described PayPal as “straight criminals.”
@Cmoneymaker was right! PayPal are straight criminals. I just hung up with @Bensamochan and I'm in on the class action against PayPal!

While Moneymaker got his money back after a public outcry which probably forced the company to refund his cash, it seems like Matusow will be taking the leading role in this case.
Even though Chris Moneymaker got a refund from PayPal, he will still be bringing “hell” to them despite getting his money back.
well @paypal I messaged you and told you what was coming and you choose to do nothing. I got no response sooo….. https://t.co/a0YdbPjpnY

Right now, there are more than 100 potential plaintiffs in this case, and it seems like Bensamochan is more than ready to fight for its clients’ funds.
Mike Matusow has Covid
As if that wasn’t enough trouble for him, Mike “The Mouth” Matusow also got Covid. Earlier this week he already had to cancel his upcoming stream because he was fighting Covid symptoms.
Unfortunately it looks like I won’t be streaming again today as I’m still fighting these covid symptoms! I’ll hopefully bb tomorrow but who knows! 2 days ago I felt fine and last 2 days have been awful again!

Matusow got caught off-guard, developing the symptoms after attending UFC 264.
Pretty absurd that I’ve left house 6 times in 18 months am fully vaccinated and get covid! I have friends not even vaccinated go out everyday since bs started and never got it! #absurd

However, he already has been streaming on Wednesday and most of his followers offer well-wishes.
