Doug Polk makes fun of Dan Bilzerian for selling Bitcoin in 2018
Doug Polk has been poking fun at Dan Bilzerian on Twitter for selling his Bitcoin at around one quarter of their peak value. The pair have repeatedly traded blows on Social Media over the years and Polk is possibly already getting bored in retirement, missing all the trolling.

Doug Polk Points Out the Truth
Dan Bilzerian’s tweet refers to his almost perfect timing of the crypto market back to the beginning of 2018. The American playboy sold off his Bitcoin at $16,500—approximately 85% of the peak value.
Of course, this looks like a better result than most people would have gotten, but after Bitcoin broke through the $60,000 this month it’s nothing less than a disaster.
Doug Polk will be patiently waiting for Dan Bilzerian to respond to this latest round of trolling.
Even if the King of Instagram did lose a small fortune because of his early portfolio sell-off, it’s unlikely to be as much as what Mike “The Mouth” Matusow potentially lost. When Full Tilt Poker went belly up, he got rid of $10,000 worth of Bitcoin that would be valued at around $23 million today.
Why Do Doug Polk and Dan Bilzerian Constantly Fight?
For those of you who don’t know the history behind Doug Polk and Dan Bilzerian, their constant bickering on social media is all about the latter’s claim to have made his fortune from high stakes poker.
Everyone in poker knows this is total garbage, but Polk loves to keep reminding people that Bilzerian’s fortune allegedly came from his dad’s criminal activities in the 1980’s.
“Make sure to continue to use Daddy’s money so people pay attention to you as well”
“Since you brought up the subject, make sure to continue to use Daddy’s money so people pay attention to you as well.”
We wonder if we could ever get these two to face off in a high stakes challenge. It would be the match of the century. Forget how much needle we saw between Polk and Daniel Negreanu, this would be levels higher.
Hey Dan I bet you wont play 10 $1M heads up matches against @DougPolkPoker

It’s not as if Dan Bilzerian can’t afford to take a heavy loss. And if he demanded stakes that are outside Polk’s bankroll then it’s almost nailed on certain that he could get backing for such a battle.
