Nick “FU_15″Maimone ships $1,500 WSOP Marathon for $302,472
Nick Maimone aka “FU_15” once again proved that he is a force both live and online by taking down WSOP 2020 Event #69: $1,500 Marathon No Limit Hold’em for $302,472.
1,438 entries generated a massive $2,049,150 prize pool and a whopping $302,472 first place prize.
Several online prodigies made deep runs including Steven “Svzff” van Zadelhoff, Thomas “MarToMchat” Boivin, Galen ” Turk Malloy” Hall and Sebastian “p0cket00” Sikorski, who has more than $12,000,000 in online winnings!
The latter was also the biggest name on the final table, where he busted in 5th for $87,219. Heads-Up Nick Maimone faced Brazilian player Diego Bittar.
Maimone started heads-up play with a small lead and never gave it away until the below hand sealed the deal for the American, who now has more than $1,000,000 in WSOP cashes.

Jason Koon chipleader at $25,000 Poker Players Championship Final Table, Christian “WATnlos” Rudolph in 3rd
The $25,000 NLH POKER PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP is the most prestigious event of the 2020 WSOP.
An absolute elite field consisting of 407 of the best tournament players in the world hunted for the final table and now it is set.
We have a prominent chipleader with poker legend Jason Koon (7,863,055), followed by two-time WSOP Bracelet winner Shankar Pillai and German online crusher Christian “WATnlos” Rudolph.
Further notables on the FT are Chris “Big Huni” Hunichen and EPT Malta Champion Aliaksei Boika. There are a whopping $10,000,000 in the prize pool and a staggeirng $1,800,290 up top!
The final table will take place on on Saturday, August 29 at 6 pm UTC/8 pm CET.

After almost 13 hours of play, Assuncao Garla topped a massive field of 3,247 entries after defeating Alexandros Theologis from Greece Heads-up to take home the HK$3,551,611 ($461,709) first prize.
Biggest names on the final table were Alan “TheCockroach” Schein (4./$167,237), Eduards “IlIlIlIliIIl” Kudrjavcevs (7./$60,576) and Vladas “Vladiator13” Tamasauskas (8./$43,180).
Timothy Adams takes down WPT High Roller Turbo for $61,506
Over at partypoker there is also a big highlight event running with the WPT World Online Championsips. One of the biggest prized events yesterday night was the $5,200 WPT High Roller Turbo.
29 high roller registered and four places were paid with a min-cash of $14,500 and a $61,506.21 first price.
Preben “prebz” Stokkan was the last player that had to leave empty-handed, while Elio Fox, Jonathan “apestyles” van Fleet, Jake Schindler and Timothy Adams all made it into the money.
The latter two battled for the win, while Timothy Adams once again had the better end for himself and continues his incredible year 2020 with another victory.

Isaac Haxton wins the $25,500 WPT Super High Roller back-to-back
Another poker player, who is having an absolute sun run at the moment, is Ike Haxton. Last week he won the WPT Super High Roller for $215,135,70 and now he has done it again!
Holywood Haxton went back-to-back in the biggest buy-in event at partypoker! 21 of the best online players created a prize pool of $525,000 and Ike once again took down the $262,500 top prize.
This time he defeated Russian prodigy Artur Martorisian Heads-Up for the title. Jake Schindler cashed in both partypoker High Roller events, but missed twice to pull of a big coup by finishing 3rd for $105,000.
