The inaugural World Series of Poker Super Circuit Series came to a thrilling conclusion on 31 May with more than $20,000,00 in prize money. Absolute highlight on Super Sunday was of course the $5,000,000 GTD Main Event and the S1,000,000 GTD PLO Main Event. The $5,000,000 GTD WSOP Super Circuit Online Series Main Event offered players the unique opportunity to win a seat in the online satellites for only $11.
Many players took the chance to qualify on the cheap and the result exceeded all expectations. 9,779 entries almost doubled the massive guarantee and created one of the biggest online poker prize pools ever with $9,290,050!
1,196 places were paid and many big names such as Jake Schindler, Wiktor “Limitless” Malinowski, Sam Greenwood, Patrick “Babu$hka” Leonard, Adrian Mateos and Mikita Badziakouski made it into the money.

The title once again went to Germany though as “schimmelgodx” beat “Bireux” from Canada Heads-Up to take down the presigious title of first-ever WSOPC Main Event Champion together with a life-changing $1,271,218 cash.
But this was not all, as he also received the coveted WSOP Circuit Main Event ring plus a free entry to the live WSOP Global Casino Championship.

The second big highlight of the Super Sunday was the $1,000,000 GTD PLO Main Event, which turned out to be one of the biggest prized Pot-Limit Omaha online tournaments ever held.
A staggering 2,627 entries more than 2.5 x the Guarantee and created a massive $2,508,000 prize pool.
The top 368 spots were paid and online crushers Isaac Baron, Pascal Lefrancois, Kahle Burns, Sergi Reixach, Ami Barer, Pascal Hartmann, Mike Watson and Mikhail Semin all made it to the money.
