While it’s fun to battle against a great opponent day in & day out, it can be truly exhausting.
I like to push myself, but it’s important to know your limits. Sometimes it’s best to focus on to softer competition.

This comes as a surprise, since Galfond was expected to play Chance Kornuth next and ActionFreak last, when he is on top of his game.
Who is ActionFreak?
ActionFreak is a regular on the PLO nosebleeds at PokerStars. He was first seen on the Stars high stakes tables on Friday, June 15th 2012 and has been crushing it ever since.
In 107,867 played hands ActionFreak’s has made a profit of $968,653. His graph is very impressive as it is constantly going up without any major setback, which means that ActionFreak seems to be a very consitent and stable player.
That’s why many professional poker players and online poker experts expect ActionFreak to be Phil’s toughest competitor.
“I’d say I expect Jungleman’ and ActionFreak to be my toughest opponents”
But not only the experts, even Phil thinks that ActionFreak and Junlgeman will be his toughest opponents:
“Losing to Chance or Bill Perkins and the Thirst Lounge will be the most costly, but I’d say I expect Jungleman and ActionFreak to be my toughest opponents.”
