The greatest moment in the history of Twitch Poker came on the 8th of September 2015.
On that day the Godfather of Twitch Poker Jason “JCarver” Somerville made the final table of a WCOOP event and got more than 35,000 people watching a poker stream on Twitch for the first time ever.
From that moment on it was clear that he had managed to establish Twitch as a top-notch poker medium and that Twitch was the future of Live Poker broadcasts.
Somerville went on to break his own record numerous times and also broadcasted two of the biggest live tournaments, Aussie Millions and the PCA Bahamas, live on his Twitch channel.
He paved the way for modern Twitch legends such as Parker “Tonkaaaap” Talbot, Jamie “Pokerstaples” Staples, Doug Polk or Lex Veldhuis and therefore deserves the honour to be mentioned as the greatest Twitch Poker Moment.
The biggest fail on Twitch Poker
The biggest fail in the history of Twitch Poker was without a doubt produced by Jasey “Bigdog” Kaderabek.
The MTT crusher and successful Twitch streamer accidentally forgot to turn of the streaming software, when he was finished with streaming, so people on the internet were still able to see his screen.
Shortly after that Bigdog turned on a pretty harcore porn and started masturbating in front of the world’s eyes.
After that he was banned from streaming at Twitch. Pretty embarrassing and definitely the biggest fail in the history of Twitch Poker!
