Jan Martinsek chip leader…
The VIP-Grinders Team was once again led by Jan “FlopdWorld” Martinsek, who is also regularly streaming on our Twitch channel.
Jan Martinsek.
Jan had a great start into the tournament and was massive chip leader in the first half of the day.
Then he woke up #As# #Ac# UTG+1 and the big blind pushed All-in with #2d# #2c# A dream scenario if his opponent wouldn’t have made a set.
Directly in the next hand Jan got dealt Pocket Jacks again the chips went in preflop and this time it was a classic race against A-Q, which Martinsek lost again and suddenly he was one of the shortstacks.
And then busto…
Shortly after he was All-in with 7 bb and #Qh# #8h# and got called by two players with K-J and K-10. No help from the board and Jan busted just before the end of Day 1.
