Santosh Suvarna establishing a mandatory double straddle to $1,600 and Andrew Sasson were the ones, who brought intense action in High Stakes Poker Season 12 Episode 1.
The latter was involved in the two largest pots of the night both well worth over $365,000!
The cameras picked up the action late on a spicy board of 10♣6♣J♦J♥7♦.
Sick River as Sasson had rivered a well-disguised backdoor he had a straight with 9♠8♦, while Robl rivered a full house with 7♠7♥. Pot Size: $211,000
Andrew Robl had to go big on this river card and that’s what he did with $150,000 and Sasson couldn’t get away from his hand on this cooler River.
Andrew Robl took down the huge $363,100 pot making him the biggest winner of High Stakes Poker Season 12 Episode 2.
Andrew Sasson catches Set over Set to win a massive $365,000 Pot
The biggest pot of the night was a classic cooler with top set versus middle set.
In a 3-bet pot the flop came J♦3♣Q♥ after Sasson had raised with Q♠Q♣ and Pacheco made the call with J♠J♥ preflop. Pot Size: $4,000
Set over Set spells disaster and Sasson led out for $3,000, Pacheco quickly called. Pot Size: $10,000
The 6♦ on the turn was a blank and Pacheco now lead for pot size. Sasson had an easy raise and decided to chose a large sizing with 6x to $60,000.
Pacheco only had $115,000 behind, moved All-in and got snap-called by the Nuts.
He was drawing very slim and needed to hit a Two-Outer what didn’t happpen on neither of the runouts.
Andrew Sasson won the biggest pot of the night worth a staggering $365,000 and showed a great and very promsing performance on his High Stakes Poker Debut.
